Yes, creating an account and earning points is completely free. You never need to pay anything to complete offers or receive your rewards.
How long does a cashout take to process?
Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24-72 hours. Processing times can vary slightly depending on the reward method you choose and the volume of requests at that time.
What withdrawal methods are available?
You can find the full, up-to-date list of available reward and payout methods on your Withdrawal page, including gift cards, e-wallets and other supported options.
My offer points weren't added to my account. What do I do?
Some offers can take a few hours up to a couple of days to be verified by the partner before your points are credited. If your points haven't appeared after 72 hours, please contact our support team with the offer name and the approximate date you completed it so we can investigate.
Why was an offer marked as a chargeback?
A chargeback happens when our partner reverses the credit for an offer, usually because it was not completed correctly, was flagged as fraudulent, or was cancelled after your points were already awarded. In these cases, the related points are deducted from your balance.
Can I complete the same offer more than once?
Most offers can only be completed once per user. Some recurring or repeatable offers are clearly marked as such by the partner — check the offer details before starting.
