Yes. Creating an account and earning points is completely free. You never need to pay anything to complete offers or receive your rewards.
Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24-72 hours. Times can vary slightly depending on the reward method you choose and the volume of requests at that time.

Some offers take a few hours up to a couple of days to be verified by the partner before points are credited. If they haven't appeared after 72 hours, contact support with the offer name and the approximate date you completed it.
A chargeback happens when our partner reverses the credit for an offer, usually because it was not completed correctly, was flagged as fraudulent, or was cancelled after points were awarded. The related points are then deducted from your balance.
Most offers can only be completed once per user. Some recurring offers are clearly marked by the partner, so check the offer details before starting.
